Selection Criteria Lists:

  • Hold tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.5.0 or higher in relevant coursework
  • Proficiency in English and Tetum (written and spoken); Portuguese is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data management or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel PivotTables)

The Graduate Internship Program (GIP) is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on professional experience directly related to their academic background and aligned with ANM’s operational functions and national development goals. Within the Marketing and Mineral Royalty Management Directorate, the program focuses on developing practical skills in mineral
