Welcome to ANM Recruitment Portal ("Portal"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Portal, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

2. Services Provided

The ANM Recruitment Portal facilitates the recruitment process by connecting job seekers with ANM Institution. The Portal provides access to job opportunities, application tracking, and communication with the ANM Hiring Team.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

a. Account Creation

To access specific features of the Portal, you are required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

b. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately at hr@anm.tl if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.

c. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Use the Portal for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality or security of the Portal.

4. Job Applications and Employer Interactions

• Job postings on the Portal are exclusively provided by the ANM Hiring Team.
• Final hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the ANM Hiring Team, and the Portal does not influence these decisions.

5. User-Generated Content

a. Content Submission

You may upload resumes, cover letters, and other relevant materials ("Content") through the Portal. By submitting Content, you grant ANM Recruitment Portal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your Content to provide services.

b. Prohibited Content

You must not upload Content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains harmful, defamatory, or misleading information.
• Includes viruses, malware, or malicious code that could compromise the Portal's security.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Portal is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Portal at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ANM Recruitment Portal or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in job postings or application processing.
• Losses, damages, or interruptions arising from your use of the Portal.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANM Recruitment Portal, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Portal.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Any Content you upload or share through the Portal.

11. Changes to Terms

ANM Recruitment Portal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting, and continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Timor-Leste. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Timor-Leste.
