Hold tertiary qualification in Accounting Finance Economics or Business Administration or related fields
Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher in relevant coursework
Proficiency in English and Tetum written spoken Portuguese is an asset
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
Strong motivation to learn, with good time management and analytical thinking skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data management or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel PivotTables) is an advantage
